- Redemption: Blissertificates can be redeemed by visiting www.blissworld.co.uk, by calling 0808 100 4151 or by visiting our Bliss spa in London. Purchases are deducted from the blissertificate balance. Any unused balance will remain on the blissertificate. If an order exceeds the amount of the blissertificate, the balance must be paid with a credit card or other available payment method.
- Limitations:
- Blissertifcates are redeemable in the UK only (they may not be redeemed on our US website – www.blissworld.com).
- Unless the remaining balance is £10.00 or less, blissertificates may not be redeemed for cash.
- Blissertificates cannot be reloaded, resold, transferred for cash value, or applied to any other account, except to the extent required by law. Unused blissertificate balances in a Bliss account may not be transferred.
- Our Policies: Blissertificates and their use are subject to Bliss general terms of use and Bliss Privacy Policy. Bliss may provide blissertificate purchasers with information about the redemption status of a blissertificate.
- Risk of Loss: The risk of loss and title for a blissertificate gift card to the purchaser upon our electronic transmission to the recipient or delivery to the carrier, whichever is applicable. - Fraud: Bliss will have the right to close customer accounts and request alternative forms of payment if a fraudulently obtained blissertificate is either redeemed through the blissworld.co.uk website or at our Bliss spa in London.
- Limitation of Liability: BLISS WORLD CARD COMPANY (“BWCC”) AND ITS AFFILIATES (collectively, “Bliss”) MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO GIFT CERTIFICATES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR
PURPOSE. IN THE EVENT A GIFT CERTIFICATE CODE IS NON-FUNCTIONAL, YOUR SOLE REMEDY, AND OUR SOLE LIABILITY, SHALL BE THE REPLACEMENT OF SUCH GIFT CERTIFICATE. CERTAIN STATE LAWS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES. IF THESE LAWS APPLY TO YOU, SOME OR ALL OF THE ABOVE DISCLAIMERS, EXCLUSIONS, OR LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU, AND YOU MIGHT HAVE ADDITIONAL RIGHTS.
- Arbitration: All terms and conditions are applicable to the extent permitted by law.
