refunds
We hope you love everything you order from Bliss. Should you not be completely satisfied, we are happy to offer a refund* on goods returned to use within 14 days of your receipt of goods provided they are unopened and unused.

Please note: we cannot accept returned goods that we reasonably believe have been used. In such circumstances, we will notify you that no refund will be available. You will then be responsible for arranging for such goods to be returned to you within 28 days of our notification.

*excluding initial delivery charge. Does not include Gadgets and tools - see question 2 below

defective, incomplete or lost orders
If you are returning goods owing to defects or missing items, we will refund you the price you paid for your goods and the initial delivery charge.

If you have not received the goods within 30 business days of ordering, we will refund you the price you paid for your goods and the initial delivery charge. However, if our courier can provide a signature confirming delivery has been made, Bliss is not liable to refund your order.

Please follow the 5 steps below to return your goods to Bliss:

1. Call our Customer SerBliss team on 0808 1004151 to notify them you will be returning your order
2. Ensure goods are in original packaging with any seals intact and in a saleable condition.
3. Re-package the parcel using strong packaging, enclose original receipt and ensure parcel is securely sealed
4. Take the parcel to your local Post Office and request a proof of postage. Without this you will be unable to make a claim should the parcel go missing. Please note: Bliss will not be liable for lost returns.

1. What if I try something on, can I still return it?

We understand your need to try on your new fitness footwear or try on that new piece of fashion wear. We are unable to return worn items. If you are not happy with the product(s) or they don't fit, please return them in the original packaging.

2. Can I return Gadgets and Tools?

Unfortunately due to hygiene reasons we can not accept returns or provide refunds on gadgets and tools such as slendertone, clarisonic, porefector, wellbox, NuFace unless faulty. If your item is faulty please call Customer SerBliss on 0808 100 4151 to arrange a return.

3. How long should I wait for a credit?

Once we receive the returned item, you will receive a return confirmation via email. Please allow 5-10 business days for a credit to reflect on your card.

4. Can I return my Bliss Gift Card?

Gift Cards are non-refundable and non-replaceable if lost or stolen.


spa retail returns
All refunds are for SPA RETAIL CREDIT ONLY, for future product purchases. NO CASH REFUNDS.
Bliss Spas will accept returns on most merchandise purchased at this location within 30 days of purchase with a valid receipt. Bliss cannot accept returns on open cosmetics, fragrances, worn garments/footwear, sale items, 'as is' items and individual items from a purchased set.
Bliss Spas cannot accept returns on Bliss catalog or blissworld.co.uk purchases or purchases from other retailers.

Bliss Gift Cards
Bliss gift cards are issued by Bliss World Card Company. Cards are only valid in the country in which they were purchased. Lost and stolen cards are not replaceable. Unless the remaining balance is £10 or less, gift cards may not be redeemed for cash at any Bliss spa location. Bliss gift cards do not expire. Bliss gift cards are honored for Pound sterling value only.
