Use Diamancel's Tough Guy before you shower or bathe as it buffs better on DRY hands.
For optimum use, wash the Tough Guy Nail File with soapy water and a soft brush after each use. To sanitise, soak file in anti-bacterial solution. (Bead sterilisers are not recommended.)
