where?
Use the Diamancel the softie nail file to remove dry and hard skin on each side of the nail. The flexible contoured shape allows easy manoeuvring around and under nails. They also buff rough skin and stains on fingers.
when?
Use the softie nail file before you shower or bathe because they buff better on DRY hands. (They are like sandpaper...which works better on dry wood, except they're diamond-sided.)
For optimum use, wash the softie hand and nail file with soapy water and a soft brush after each use. To sanitise, soak file in anti-bacterial solution. (Bead sterilisers are not recommended.)
