Use Diamancel's Hand and Nail Files before you shower or bathe because they buff better on DRY hands. (They are like sandpaper...which works better on dry wood, except they're diamond-sided.)

For optimum use, wash the Hand and Nail File with soapy water and a soft brush after each use. To sanitise, soak file in anti-bacterial solution. (Bead sterilisers are not recommended.)
